Security in Redundancy

Every Cloud Leverage datacenter features a Redundant Array of Independent Storage Nodes (RAISN™), each featuring industry-standard RAID 6 high-performance, enterprise-grade storage. For customers choosing three datacenter locations, Cloud Leverage ensures 100% data retention by storing multiple copies of your files in multiple datacenter locations. Each datacenter synchronizes with the other datacenters in your storage grid in near real-time to ensure 100% data availability.

Security in Accessibility

Customers who choose multiple datacenters are assured of data accessibility. When choosing one or two datacenters, Cloud Leverage extends a 99.99% Service Level Agreement (SLA). When choosing three or more datacenters, Cloud Leverage extends a 100% availability SLA.

Security in Transit

Transfer from PC or Server to the storage cloud is always secure and fully encrypted using industry standard 256-bit SSL in transit. Enterprise customers can choose to implement hardware-based VPN to the cloud or even subscribe to an ultra-secure MPLS private-line between the corporate environment and the cloud.

Security in Storage

All data is encrypted using the customer's password, or encryption key, with 256-bit AES. AES is an encryption standard adopted by the US Government.

Security in Segregation

Cloud Leverage further ensures customer security by segregating data between customers in separate "realms". This ensures that in the highly unlikely event of a "realm" compromise, the hacker would only have access to a single customer's storage. This technology makes multi-tenancy secure for enterprise deployment. Enterprises who demand an even higher level of segregation may acquire an Ultra-Private cloud which features dedicated hardware at all datacenters.

Security at the Physical Level

Cloud Leverage carefully hand selects each and every datacenter that storage nodes are placed in. In the United States, all facilities are SAS 70 Type II audited, ensuring a high level of standards. Internationally, we make every effort to select facilities owned and operated by United States owned entities.
